Average PE for NZX50 is around 21 and considering ATM acquired its recent stake in SML at PE of around 26 (SP NZ$ 10.9 & eps 0.416 at the time), PE 20 to 25 seems very reasonable for a company expected to grow at around 20% year after year.
Two new plants, 2 CFDA approvals and one FDA approval are in the pipe line. My TP is NZ$13 to 13.5 (Y19 eps .516 @20% and PE 25)
