    Mou signed june 2017 for 100% funding of project after "extensive dd". Its non-binding, mind you, but indicative of interest in the project. The NPV is indicative of large upside only, but i would take your suggestion gladly. Might pay you to get onboard. Just an idea not a recomendation.
