Those target prices are reasonable. Keep in mind that 4DS is nothing more than a research team, with this in mind it's definitely a good amount of money if we consider that they have absolutely zero means of production or the capability to produce chips.
I highlighted a year ago on the 4DS threads what the target takeover price was based on similar acquisitions by the likes of IBM, DELL and WD.
$200m was my maximum take-over price estimation.
Got kinda close, 20c is $150m
