True, also don't forget that before the end of 31st October the quarterly cashflow will come out...suspect it will be released after the meeting as well along with an update of Paul Morrell's appointment subject to the AGM resolution results of course.
It is all about timing now.
If ASX and ASIC aren't aware of or aren't moving on any complaints (we know they got one as Seuss told us all he has lodged one by email apparently) then it is in the hands of the maths gods for the numbers. I have to admit if ASX or ASIC don't move to do something in regards the latest placement I would be surprised as the timing and circumstances of the events alone should give rise for serious concern in regards maintaining market integrity. But as you say....pimple on a baby's backside...so who knows...it may well just go unnoticed, conveniently. Hope not for everyone sake.
