I've never read these before so take this question as just that, a question.
5.1 says: Directors and Employees must not, except in exceptional circumstances, deal in securities of the Company during the following periods: (b) 1 October (inclusive) and ending on the day of the release of the Company’s half year report on the ASX’s Market Announcements Platform;
Jefrey Ong purchased shares on 5th October.
My question - should Jefrey had been allowed to purchase at this time?
