The old policy (this extract from 5 yr old policy I think), from what I could find, said the "closed period" was with 14 days of the qtrly reports. Came out on 26/10/20 last year, If the new Trading Policy is only applicable from the day it is released, then I guess he is in the clear. Obviously, knew the new policy was coming in and snuck in before it became enforceable. Could that be construed as insider trading as well I wonder?
