700K for polyploid development? Why not fund the development (which MCL already has) when maximum efficiency is reached in the greenhouse? Start with normal plants, leap frog using hydroponics machinery (like RGI), then maybe look into the increased yield/ flowering of a polyploid...
Anyway, all of those are intentions. It seems to lack focus
Focus on fewer things please. 1 million for an investment, they could find easy $2.5M and drive my better value.
