I like this as it has the slow distribution of granted shares tied with performance levels. I would rather they put in the cost of granted shares under the VWAP.I think it is .99 cents. So the new owners wont be able floggem for a quick 20% gain....if my numbers are correct and only 25% after 12 months....pleanty of time to prove their worth..
