Can anyone advise if they explained why they are not able or not willing to raise new capital and raise capital and remain listed?
Still perplexed as to why raising new capital and delisting need to go hand in hand. Also how / why they talk about raising new cash, in part to buy back shares. Surely just let people sell and if new cash needed, issue new CDI's to folk. Or heck, issue common stock if for some reason investors dont want their shares listed on an exchange
Feel like im missing something obvious that everyone else understands?
