Previously Greenberg held 121 500 000 CDI Equivalent
He reported transferring 25 000 000 into LLC's for estate planning, no longer disclosing an interest.
Discloses a remaining interest of 85 225 850

So difference there of 11 274 150 CDI's that he has sold. Noted, but without specific numbers in the other announcement today.
