Just checking my numbers here. Am i right saying the 83766 options that were converted had a strike at about $3.85? Did these unnamed employees pay $3.85 to get a dollar?
The new 10yr options have a $20 strike the way ive read it, thats up there, or am i getting mixed up with the cdi's?
These guys are a complicated bunch, who's got enough pull to extract shares and purchase a 4%+ chunk off the Directors? And why would Directors give them a 20% discount to the last issue to get them onboard? I bet they wouldn't give me any @ $1 if i rung em up. Maybe new investor has something to do with the same or related industry perhaps? Any ideas?
