    They paid $3.85 for common sock, the structure is more complex with the CDI's. So divide it by 25 and you have what they paid for the price you see quoted on the ASX. Just over US 15c a share by my maths.

    Whilst these guy sold 10% of their current holdings, its a drop in the ocean really given how many options they still hold.

    Consider, Hubbard for example in todays 3B separate to his shares/CDI's holds

    330 000 common stock options, ex @ US 46c
    So it would cost him US $ 151 800 to exercise them, would be worth 8250 000 CDI's, almost $9m AUD at todays trading price.

    He holds another 285 000 options, but with a higher US$3.61 ex price, so would have o pony up just over US$1m to receive 7125 000 CDI's.

    The newer options issued have strikes much closer to a $1 AUD CDI equivalent but there were huge numbers issued lower than this.
