    re: Ann: Updates on the progress of the Dingy... the market seems not to agree. As I read it, the fact that SEHK approval has not been received by 1st August means that either party can now terminate the agreement. I'm not saying the deal won't happen or approval won't be given but it does add an extra level of uncertainty, surely?
