The loan was mentioned in their annual report 21/09/20
Also in the annual report prepared by the accountants this section is included
Note 31. Related party transactions
Transactions with related parties
There were no transactions with related parties during the current and previous financial year.
HOWEVER....
In the auditors report this appears
Key Audit Matter
Note 31 Related Party Transactions
The group has engaged in a number of transactions with related parties during the year.
We identified related parties as a key audit matter given the nature and materiality of these transactions.
Knowledge of these transactions, outstanding balances, commitments, and relationships with related parties may affect assessments of the group’s operations by users of financial statements, including assessments of the risks and opportunities facing the group.
But alas... whilst the Auditor warned us broo might possibly be a tiny bit shonky, they didn't divulge who and/or how.
Does ASX read these reports? Is it up to the shareholders to ask the ASX for clarification? Does anyone know?
It would be nice to know if the loan is to a related party. But as the company lied to us in its annual report about related parties we cant expect a straight answer.
