I would have to say that this has been the only bug bear of mine with TS and CFE.
This part has all been a little light on for detail in the past for me to be excited about.

Pursuant to the First Marampa Agreement, Cape Lambert has ownership and access rights to the rail and port infrastructure on commercial terms to be agreed,
Cape Lambert is currently formalising the commercial terms of its ownership and access rights through the negotiation of a term sheet,

It would seem to me that CFE doesn't have anything of value yet as far as this agreement goes. CFE haven't given much away as far at this supposed agreement goes, but have always made a big song and dance about it since the first agreement. I am yet to be convinced that it anythign o be excited about. As for the term 'ownership', how does this work? If the government own the port and railway infrastructure, what could this 'ownership' term that CFE keep referring to be all about?

Agreed that any $$ spent upgrading rail will help CFE, but I bet AML will be first upgrading the tonkilili to marampa section and then CE will be expected to cough up their share also. Timmis won't be giving anything away for nothing.

    Cheers
    Spek
