I find this mildly surprising. Taken from the FDA website (Increase infant formula supplies). So they are also looking for suppliers of milk powder!! I wonder who is going to be asked to manufacture this base powder into infant formula? Abbotts? LOL. Regardless the time it'll take from point of supply (Singapore) to being processed, canned, QA'd and distributed would be many months!!! Furthermore, it can't be Singapore origin milk powder.....
