I want to know how it will work with nobody offering their ASX shares to sell to the Yanks. For liquidity on the Nasdaq market.

The only way I can see a listing is if they need money and do a raising. Kind of like how Telix tried with $600M last year but then pulled the listing and then went with a convertible bond instead.

If Zip lists on Nasdaq, it needs to provide shares and liquidity. I could see them doing this by offering NEW shares along with a capital raising for US listed shares.

BUT that means Zip would be doing something stupid again and buying the top of the market again lol
