I bought in at 7.8c pre-consolidation, back in 2009 in the depths of the REIT crisis when the market was basically assuming near-certain bankruptcy. So that's 47c post-consolidation - 11c dividends are very nice!
Mind you I also bought into Centro and Allco about the same time. Both of which went to the wall, Allco completely bust and shareholders in Centro wiped out by recapitalisation. Still, one out of three ain't bad - and it's covered my losses on the other two several times over.
