Add the ebitda to the cash and unused debt facilities and we are talking an easy $2bn plus. I don't anticipate or want a dividend. At the pace they build and sell space here in Oz, they are kidding themselves as they are just too slow, which means I think they are looking to buy something. The multi currency loan can be used in various ways so it may not suggest an overseas purchase, but i think Guzziman is probably right. My concern is that Data Centres are red hot and any purchase will not come cheap. I would have concerns about their ability to deliver an Asian build.
Perhaps a J/V in Asia ?
