The market is reflecting the cut off for entitlements to Metalstech shareholders to the Winsome spinoff. Up until today MTC were a Gold and Lithium company. Now we are two different companies. If you don;t own MTC shares today, you won;t get shares in the new company, or be entitled to more shares in the IPO.
