Management cannot be blamed for this, it is purely ASX allowing this bs to allow the manipulators to accumulate more shares lower before the Uranium and Lithium results pending.
The company has heaps of cash, I believe patience will be rewarded but the bots and manipulator's always win grabbing more shares.
ODE hold very prospective Uranium and REE leases within Australia, look at AUZ got pumped and they have nothing, a few leases in Brazil, ODE will run soon imo, ODE have far better prospects and far more cash than AUZ.
