good post jeffo... i think that's what explains the falling / flat price lately - it's on everyone's watchlist, but noone is ready quite yet to jump in

project(/s) are great, people are fantastic. once they get closer to some concrete action (and getting any cap raisings out of the way), i think we'll see a lot of people jumping on board.
