Saying the market won't react until results are out is such a terrible answer. And a lie!
All the U stock are all up again. VAL is way below it was before U stocks start to go north 1 year ago.
In fact , VAL is below levels of Sep 2021 which is absolutely horrible.
Saying the SP doesn't move until results are out is a LIE:
Drill was Feb 2022 (SP=1.6cts) // Today (SP=0.8cts) .... MASSIVE LOSS
You can fool yourself , just don't try to fool others
