Sheesh this company is a utter disaster, and no doubt the stock consolidation coming in the near term is so that they can drive the stock price lower with continued capital raises. Sadly many investors will not even realize that n time this will be trading around to the equivalent of 0.2 cents or so .
In my opinion this is big reason on the timing of this stock consolidation as how else would they sell it or get away from it. They go from one sector to the other and get no where. This company seems to be purely a money train for employees as they cannot get anything right. Investors should lube up as you are about to be screwed, they could delay it but it is coming.
