IMO the granting of the leases shouldn't be an issue at all.
its all about future business conducted and whats in it for the government no different to any other country.
their in the business of getting the best outcome for their tenements.
were in the business of drilling seeking the resource.
once they hammer out a deal suitable its game on we would be looking for a resource over 10 bill tons .
