There is another aspect of the improvement cycle for this technology other than the price of 26% that Cameco will pay, and that is the royalty. The royalty will be 7-12% depending on the level of efficiency. Now is probably the cheapest time to tweak system to achieve the best outcome while we have the assessors, the more they refine the laser now and improve it's efficiency the better the royalty. Of course the law of diminishing return will come into play and I am sure there is some smart individual monitoring this and will eventually declare, "enough is enough", draw the line and get this thing into production. Iam very comfortable with the way this is going and hopefully when they achieve TRL 6 we will be pleasently surprised, we can't rush quality.
