The market's reaction to this so far has been the opposite of what I'd expect. I guess it's due to the late date given for completion of TRL6 (end of CY 2025) though I think what they've said before is 3 to 6 months from when the independent inspector comes on. So they're giving it the longest estimate so they have some wiggle room. Looks like a buying opportunity to me, unless people come to their senses quickly and the price shoots up.
