Cut off grades:
Mathematically, the grades below contain the same amount but it would be more economical to mine from higher grades as there is less impurities to discard. Hence:
1m @ 20%
= 10m @ 2%
= 100m @ 0.2%
We have a 1m @ 20% strike which is better than a 100m @0.2%. We have lots of others as well.
I am holding for the long ride.
