I don't believe they were in a dire situation initially, as their shift in strategy had hope to breathe new life into the company by venturing into the cooling lithium market—a sector they scarcely explored before making another switch. The SP didn't move as many expected however that doesn't mean you pivot again.

My primary concern is their failure to conduct any drilling on the lithium prospects before shifting focus to uranium, seemingly enticed by its rising popularity. This change of direction suggests a precarious position for both the company and most of its shareholders minus a few, who may face significant losses unless successful outcomes emerge. It represents a high-stakes risk for all involved. I would recommend halting the uranium project if it doesn't yield positive results in this campaign, to avoid further jeopardising the company's future.

Will gets paid $300k + a year, at this sort of pay level all decisions made should be bang on, well researched and thought out.
