But I thought that was the game for investors at this stage of the cycle?? Get set and wait for the "mad herd" to arrive - they will be less discerning and snap up stuff that during 90% of the cycle has little or no value.
Can you point to one junior in the U sector that is not doing this and not betting the house on a U price north of $60 sometime in the next 5 years.... and please.... don't say DYL.
