Right now the market appears to be waiting on the Scoping Study and a CR. So my take is that they will do the CR first, which lifts the handbrake and the re-rate can happen with the Scoping Study results. They release the SS first, the handbrake of the CR is still on - no re-rate. And there isn't much news flow for a few months after the SS except for the studies they are completing. Anyway - it's just a theory. Have seen many other junior miners take this approach. All IMHO.
