So saying the company promised 3 times the results and never delivered is not a fact? They never promised it was always an estimate.
If the labs are backlog why promise in first place? again never promised estimated time was given.
And why no justification to shareholders on the delay? No need to justify it when it’s an estimate time of delivery.
