Uboy, may not have to wait 6 months. When the off-take is done, it will deliver serious credence to the NPV of the Molyhil project, and I would be amazed if we do not see a serious re-rating. That off-take will also lend credibility to the company's ability to forge ahead in a serious way with its magnificent uranium and rare earth's potential. I suspect we are talking weeks, not months.
