Some very good long term value here but I think the SP will stay depressed for a while. Even though the low initial dividend was pretty clear when you looked at the portfolio rationally it seems to have disappointed a lot of IPO investors who were probably hoping for a good income stream a lot sooner. Pretty strange to sell out now if you have already waited this long in my opinion though.
