So they have these 3 projects but as I see it they are not going to revalue them as the projects unfold so whilst some were looking to net asset value to grow so that the investor saw some of the value increasing the only values that are going to move it seems are the listed portfolio which in the past month is probably negative ...

I do think it's going to require some outperformance to get ahead of where it is stuck right now.
