With the bond / interest rates grinding and climbing off the bottom, it is hard to see how their largely interest rate sensitive listed portfolio is going to out perform.
The great hope is that revaluation and sales from their unlisted property makes up for any underperformance in the listed portfolio.
A comparatively safe investment, but pretty unexciting right now.
