Buy/Sell is so heavily tilted - as said above, there's no real supply (at present).
Offers above say 20c = 8.6M (below that you could argue, no real immediate intent to buy), for sale up to 31c = 2.5M.......and then virtually nothing much above (approx 100,000).
The point being, this could really accelerate if holders 'hold', and dont offer much up for day traders to mess with.
