An offtake appears imminent @Magmag, this will change a lot of things for the company, in particular, giving some funds and institutional investors the mandate to invest in NeuRizer, as was discussed in the recent interview, and conversations that I've also had. The offtake will more than likely be at a discount to the spot price, but even at $500 per tonne @ 500,000 is over $250,000,000 per annum in revenue. All for a very, very valuable commodity.

@Danharks, I think it's safe to say that we've done a full revolution on downramps when previous posters are using current posters to peddle their misinformation. These conspiracies go back to 2019 - and were put to bed when the Production License was granted in 2020.

From memory, the downramper insisted the PCD would have to be reassembled, and a new demonstration done for the government to grant the License rolleyes.pngrolleyes.png..! No wonder he's disappeared, and lurks in the shadowsrolleyes.pngrolleyes.png. He was a long term holder, and unfortunately, sold at 11 cents.

People can choose to listen to holders of Incitec Pivot and Strike, but as outlined below, I think the following organisations are a little more crediblewink.pngcool.png.

    • Society of Petroleum Engineers
    • The American Association of Petroleum Geologists
    • The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers
    • World Petroleum Council
    • GeoConsult Pty Ltd
    • MHA Petroleum Consultants
    • ASX
    • Department of Energy and Mining
    • South Australian Government
    • The Board of NeuRizer

    * Every coal body is different, and the PCD was as much a data gathering exercise for NRZ, as it was a demonstration for the Regulator.

    * Furthermore, from memory, the cash burn to run the PCD was approximately $1,000,000 per month. They did what they needed to do, met all the requirements, and ticked all the boxes for the Regulator. As a result the Production License was granted, followed by the granting of the Section 23.

Unbeknown to some, usually, the success of a project is on site, in the boardroom, meeting the requirements of the Regulator and funding, not from online trolls on forums. If this gives them some purpose in life, so be it!

Below is some further information to add to your in-depth analysis @Danharks
