What a great announcement! 100% ownership retained by LCK...JP and the team have done great work in delivering this outcome. This gives me great confidence, as again, JP and the team have deomonstrated great acumen in negotiating/delivering commercial outcomes for LCK. From a SP timing perspective this is good as i hope will better assure a price platform above $.30 for subsequent HOA/OT's and funding.
