    They've been trying to sell the portfolio for months and engaged with dozens of parties. And this is the best deal they could get.

    Gripe all you want but the best deal is the one on the table, not some fantasy about what the portfolio is worth. NAV is not real, never was. The operating costs of this vehicle is ridiculously high so a drip feed sale process would only eat away at the published NAV in any case.
