Okay, I see the distinction. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. The distinction between selling more than 97% of the fund's assets and selling 100% is a very fine one, especially when it's coupled with the intention to sell the remaining 2.2% and wind the fund up. I suspect there will be legal weasels crawling all over this on behalf of preference unit holders.
