This is a list I can see via Commsec (as at 31 Jan 2024) - these professional fundies collectively own 37% (excluding the last one Investment Administration Services appears to be acting as custodians). If the URF regular buyback reduces the shareholder capital over time, these fundies 37% stake will gradually increase. Almitas Capital is the only non- Aussie fundie based in US whereas the rest are based here. Mirabella Financial Services LLP acts as the investment manager of the Staude Capital Global Value Fund Limited (GVF), an Australian investment company listed on the ASX. GVF updates make special mention of URF.
As an individual investor, I wonder how much of our fate is decided by these fundies ?
