Not really a surprise as URF have already alluded to it however US Residential REIT heavyweights Equity Residential and Avalon Communities have increased rents by 10% according to their latest quarterly releases announced this week. US REITs don't seem to revalue their properties however looking at zillow, NJ and NY house prices have risen at least 5% in the last 6 months which should have a positive effect on NTA.
Not sure who the clowns have been selling URFPA under 53 but the company seems to be doing a good job mopping them up (nearly 2% overall bought) and saving on the interest bill from these. Theoretically $53 for URFPA = 25.85c URF not including the $3.15 interest payment in 6 months.
