What great announcement??? Have you been following this company in the last 6 months? We were told initially we had to bail out our partner SIH before the drill and in the middle of the drill we ran out of money, had to do a CR and all of a sudden our failed partner came to the rescue and our share of SEI could drop to 30.5%? What the F$%^!
