8's you are correct in saying the market missed the magnitude of that announcement but if no one is watching there is not going to be a reaction. Mgmt need to actually close something of significance this year to get interest back in this story. Both spain and uruguay are potential game changers and lets hope a farmout or something of significance comes out on this soon .
After a while people lose faith in a story. They want action and follow up. Lets see if PRL can talk the talk and walk the walk. I believe a lot of our questions will be answered soon and those who are dropping out will regret it ....
as i look to the right hand side of this screen it says - market cap $52.97M. With the potential it has it isnt going to need much to move the decimal point to the right one spot.
