OK. I'll just put it down to my lack of insight into the complexities of oil drilling. How you can get quality drillers in Africa for multiple commodities but oil drilling is too hard for Sth Americans I don't understand.
Anyway Go you quality drillers! Should be an interesting month when they get started. I know PRL is a small company, but I hope they have their geo on ground for the duration.
A webcam for the drilling would be good.
