I wish they wouldn't use the word 'cheaply' as it gives a tacky feel to the announcement and makes it sound like corner cutting. 'Cost effective' sounds better and more professional.
I just hope it's not a case of 'if you pay peanuts you get monkeys'
Just an initial take but all in all I'm sure that's not what they mean and this is getting down to business.
