I think what we have started seeing today is money moving out of tech and non-revenue generating assets/companies, to value stocks, financials and those companies paying dividends.
Could see retail and hospitality REITs benefit from vaccine news, and telecoms for their revenue generating capacity. While the metals market reflected Russia's vaccine announcement, broader S and P does not seem to like the news.
