This thing could go to EUR40 like a knife through hot butter.
Recent explosions in oil, wheat and fertiliser prices are perhaps a fatal blow for a lot of URW’s European portfolio. Because of CoVID the rent roll is very vulnerable to another shock. Tenants won’t sign long term leases, let along short term leases, if consumer spending growth looks like it’ll roll over again. In normal times it would recover spectacularly but now this.
Was ultra bullish on this stock before this war broke out… it had everything… but the situation’s changed. Can’t short the ASX listed ADRs either, a shame.
