I am taking this as good news. Seems this is about what the market thought they were going to report. Plenty of stuff to worry the share holders, but then also some pretty constructive stuff getting done in the refinancing part - most of the debt is on a hearty 8-9 year average timeframe, and in the sale prices of what they are selling. I reckon with a bit of good news the share price could shoot up a bit over the next few months. They own some amazing assets and if the world can ever get going normally again this thing will rerate very quickly in my opinion.
